cod5 multiplayer error

i am new on the clan and i hope you guys could help me , i had some issues with my computer and had to set back my pc to stadard.

when i tried to log on cod5 again on the [X4A] server i got this error



when i tried other servers i also got this error

Do you have a non-english version of the game?

Typically that error is generated when you have the language files in the game do not match.

Try doing a Google Search for the error you get and see if it helps.
Only thing I'm able to track down is to copy and paste your current language file and rename it to 'english'. (Located in your "ZONE" folder below the games root.

Did a google search for you ixixel. You need to download all patches in proper order. You get that message if you only download the latest patch.

my ''zone'' map has 1 map in it saying english , so that cant be the problem. unles theres a hidden folder in there , but idk , cant see it

ok , ive re-installed my cod5 and deleted all files relaited to it , can someone give me a list of downloads?

ok , ive installed 1.2 but still says 1.0.1

You have to install all three patches in order or it will not work. There is also a 1.5 patch coming out but we are not sure when it comes out so keep a lookout for that one.

i cant instal 1.2 , i installed it , but game still shows 1.1 , and when i try it again it says its already installed

I hate to say this but I would uninstall COD5 then delete the folder then start over again. You might even try downloading the updates again. Another one of our players "Doominator" had this same problem. He uninstalled everything re-downloaded the patches theninstalled all over again. He is now up and running.

oh well ill give it a shot tonight , but i found somethin weird , when i got the the files were i installed cod5 in i right clikc the lancher and do info , and when i check for the version it says 1.2 but when i start the game it says 1.0.1
