Well, no it is a ATI Radeon HD 3850 which should be good enough for the game. Here is a link where you can download the drivers. I would try that before you re-install the game. I know this may be a pain but when you are done everything should work great or even better.

Well, I think that is your best bet from what I have read. It looks like that video card it not one that works well with COD5, it looks like some have gotten it to work but in window form not as much in full screen. You can give it a try.

I guess maybe you could try and download all the patches and the up to date drivers and make sure your pb is up to date. maybe it will work again.
There are time when all of us will re-install everything because of trouble that will come and go. I know over the past year or how ever long COD5 has been out I have re-installed it at least 3 times.

Sorry to hear that. The only other option I can think of is getting an Nvidia Card. I have a 9800 GTX+ I got for $129 You can get a 9800 GT for under $100 I know NVidia works great. I think 8500 512mb and above cards work just fine.
