Get the latest XVM version 5.0.1-test2 at:

The filename is xvm-5.0.1-test2.zip
I'm using Rafael's Effectiveness Mod Pack. You can choose MeltyMaths, Deegies, or Jimb0's sites. I like Deegies. Get the pack you want here:

If you don't care for the realistic gun sounds, don't install the res\audio folder and the res_mods\0.8.9\scripts\item_defs\vehicles folder.
Rafael's pack doesn't include the multi-level sniper zoom mode. You need to install it separately. I use Grandpa's 4-level sniper mod. The 8.8 version works for 8.9. Here's the link:
